1. Self-Testing/Review Updated 11/10 Includes Easy Listening Exercises w/Quizzes. This has links to grammar activities for all levels -- they are not separated into "difficulty levels" because most students need to review, anyway. SO, if a quiz looks easy, don't pass it up -- do it for speed (give yourself a minimum time limit).
2. Reading Room Updated 12/1 This includes OVER 100 links to international newspapers and magazines in English. There are also news articles and reading comprehension exercises. AMERICAN GHOST STORIES are at the bottom, on the left-hand side.
3. Games/Activities Updated 11/22 Now includes arcade games (for study breaks). This includes different types of ESL activities and a selection of typing tests. PAREIDOLIC imagery is at the bottom of the page, on the right hand side.
4. Reference Library Updated 12/1 This section includes links to many different kinds of Reference "Books" (almanacs, atlases, dictionaries, encyclopedias, etc.), plus other ESL sites that might be useful. NEW YORK maps, guides, and history. ALSO Ghost Cams and Feng Shui in new Ghosts & Paranormal Section toward the bottom of the page.
5. TOEFL Study Links Updated 8/7 This section includes Listening and Writing exercises for students who need to prepare for TOEFL and college. ALL of the links on this page are FREE. Arranged in three sections: General TOEFL Practice, Listening, and Writing. The MOVIE GUIDES toward the top of the page.

TO VISITORS: I currently teach ESL & English classes in Manhattan & Brooklyn, New York.
TO MY STUDENTS: If you have a question about something included here, print it out (or write it down) and bring it to class. Then, ask me DURING class -- It will be helpful to the other students who would probably ask the same question.
TO ESL/English TEACHERS: Please feel free to recommend your students to use this website. (And remember that there are teacher links and a teacher's webring you can use on the right-hand side of this page.)
